Spotify. So okay I haven't had my iPod for like three weeks co i lost it at Huruteas and I'm legit so proud of myself for not freaking out, like i just let it go (let it goooo) and didn't make a huge as deal, thanks to Olea who told me about her $50 story hahahha. But anyways so i got spotify to listen to my misc and i actually love it so much man!! Like coz I liked Ron Pope and i didn't know he had saaaau much music so i got all that and now I've fallen in love with Eric Hutchinson too, the fulla who sings "rock'n'roll" he's got super cool songs i wouldn't of known about with good ole spotify

Jason Derulo faaaar man i just love to hate this guy, he has the worst songs but they're so good and I love and obsess over all of them gaaah. Stupid wiggle. gah.

Sia's "Chandelier" i really like this song and was so confused at the 1-2-3 1-2-3 drink part coz i though she just said 3 again, if that makes sense hahahaha but the "I'm gonna fly like a bird through the night, feel my tears as they dry" part. yeh.

It's not a bad thing by beautiful little Justin Timberlake! I so didn't know he sung this song till i went to Hori's and it played on tv. I love this whole song faaar yes. And i love the video its so cute and perfect and i just love this song so much, even if i don't know the words ahahahah

Okay me and Hurutea watched this at the start of the month and we watched it twice coz its that darn good! Epic! Far i love that movie so much, its honestly so good, its funny, cute, has heaps of famous people, cute as little love story, adventure far i love it! "It sounds pretty 'epic'"

Friends is baaaaack!! Tv2 every day 6.30pm, you know where i'll be ahahahahha ugly as but omg I'm so happy and excited that its back, i literally feel like the void in my heart has been filled. honest geol.

Love stories in the making.

Guess what kinda post this is gonna be.....an ugly no point ramble that is so circular and round with its no point and is just pointless. Yay!

Okay so the other day (ages ago coz it literally takes me forever to publish posts) me and Olea were re-obsessing over a blogger who we obsessed over last year when thats all we would do at lunch time was read love stories and watch engagement videos, far those were the days ahahahaha. But love stories are the best stories there are, in my opinion, like seriously, i love hearing people loves stories and its super cool when they tell it cool like i dunno but there are people who tell stories well, or who can write in a certain way that makes you wanna read and then there's just people who aren't like that. Some people just have really cool love stories that no matter how badly you tell the story it will still be good ahahha. Omg that movie Serendipity, that is one of the best loves stories ever, woah there are so many love stories. like if you actually think about all the couples, people who are married, even all the characters in movies, young love struck teenagers like faaar they all have stories. thats so cool there are literally millions and like billions of totally different love stories, aww i just realised that and that makes my heart reeeal warm ahahahaa.

I feel like these kinda posts are like that video Nigahiga did about ADHD, like how he just went on about that random topic. i dunno.

So anyways, me and olea were like talking about Rylee's loves story and how perfect it is and how cool she is at blogging and writing, like her style. I can see Teah being like her when she grows up, like srs.  And then, it was like 12 o'clock at night and thats when everone gets ugly ahahahha but so, gah what am i tryna say. The whole time i was reading her epic love story i was thinking about the different boys in my life and like what if they're the ones who i will write my love story with. And i thought i was so ugly for doing that but then Olea said she was doing the exact same thing and so it made me feel better ahahaha.

You literally have no idea when, where, how you'll meet your forever and thats crazy. Like its so ugly how one of the many boys i know now, not just a small group from a certain place, anyone could be the one who i spend my life with! We could have already started the first chapter of our story or we could already like be up to the third chapter! Um yeah thats weird, like if Kaata and Georgette get married then they literally are living their love story right now and thats so fun! But if you haven't started yours then you're like looking and waiting for it ahahah thats real weird, like even if you're not waiting for it you're still not in it a haha make sense?? 

Love is the best, no matter what kind it is. As long as everyones happy then its perfect. A few years ago, literally last year soz, i was talking about one of my friends who went out with a much younger girl and every one was going all outs about how bad it was ad stuff but me being me i was like "but any love story's a good love story" and everyone laughed at me but like i legit believe that. It was just an off the cuff comment back then but know that I've actually thought about it, it's true. Like legit if you're happy together now, it doesn't really matter how you started or where you're going, you have someone who you love and thats a story worth telling i think! ahahahhaah little 16 year tryna talk about love and all that! But um yeah. Thats it. Like literally what even was that. Go live your life and find your love story, das it :D love yah xx

Beauty.

So this morning I woke up earlier than usual so I decided to get up and yah know put a little more effort into my whole look ahahahaha. Sometimes I try, but I'm not ashamed to throw a few metal toothpicks in my bed hair and call it done! I felt super pretty yesterday and didn't get changed out of my church clothes til like 11 ahahah I even had a suuuuper professional photoshoot with the reflector! But anyways today. I chucked mascara on, re-straightened my hair, threw on my flower head band which I now know how to wear nicely because of Hurutea (she teaches me so much without even realizing she is) then just my red lip gloss but like gently took it off so it just stained my lips and chapstick! Omg I should totes be a beauty guru with that amaze tutorial. I even wore stockings and my mums boots, thanks again ma.

The point of this post is kinda braggy but it's about all the compliments I got today. Today was the best day. All the little girls in the class next to us came and gave me a big hug and were like "ellen you look so pretty, your hair's so soft" then John far he said my hair looked nice and far man everyone was just being so nice! Ahahahaha far this is all so up myself but I'm actually getting to a point! So today I looked different than I usually look, but it's really the way I felt that made the difference I think? Like I felt so pretty yesterday even though Ton said I looked hansim and you honestly do have those days when you're like daaayum girl ahahahah and then there's other days where you actually look alright but feel like the hansimest person in the world. 

It's all about self confidence and how you carry yourself. And it's about how others make you feel, my perfect little school made me feel so good about myself today and I reckon that's such a cool thing that I can go to school and feel that good about myself, where I am and who I'm with. But also lastly, it's coz I look hansim every other day and so it was different and like a nice change and that's what I like, I like that I don't care how I look most of the time and then when I do it's noticed gaaah I dunno but like it's better than being pretty all the time and then you take off your makeup and people are like "are you alright, you look sick" ahahahaha people can either make or break you matey! 

Towards the end of the day I was like far I must look so ugly, mascara smudged, hair thrown up, nude lips ole. But faaaar I was at home in my hoodie and onesies and hurutea came home while she waited for her dad and she said I looked pretty. Far this is such an up myself post, like oooh I looked pretty today, let me tell you all about it in four freaking paraphraphs. But no, surround yourself with people who make you feel good about yourself on the odd occasion. That's all.

I started writing this list of all the things i love most in the world, because i thought it was a good idea, coz its almost my birthday and its like a subtle sort of guideline ahahah like trying not to be totally obvious and expensive and also high maintenance. Laptop selfies.

Today we all got our laptops, which is a mementous occasion. Literally all i wanna do on here is blog! It's sau super duper skinny coz it's a macbook air. Everyone loves them, they're saaaau fancy. And Mete could literally be looking at what I'm writing right now ahahha but obviously me and Donny had to take the first selfies to bless the new laptop sau here they are. Stake conference and snails.

Saaaau yesterday was a very very fun daaay and I'm going to blog about eet! Just a journal entry of my super duper busy long day!

I woke up at like 6! Earliest i think I've ever been awake of a Saturday and that's coz i was sick and sore :/ We went and watched my little All Black brothers! Supermarket to buy all the ingredients for our mean as cheesecake! My brother was buying a scooter and i seen one of ma booys and far it was so ugly but I was so happy and couldn't stop smiling! Then mom dropped me off at the courts and everyone was super happy to see me which made my heart warm. I told Teah a little girly best friend secret and we're just like little kids but instead of just giggling she was on the literal concrete ground laughing! Then she told me her hansimness and oleas hansimness and we're all just hansim hansim hansim! It was so super fun at netball coz i seen everyone who's finished school! Eric, Toots, ma boy Daniel and then Bly and baby came down!! We are literally the ugliest and loudest humans you will ever see ever and i just love her so much till the end of eternity man!

After netball we went grocery shopping and Hurutea tried to buy a dress hahahha then home time! Showers, got ready, i felt pretty as with my no "bits" hair. I was all ready so i was just watching the movie with matua while Teah did her hair. But then we were off, we were late but walked in and sat by olea and all her crew, but then Olea had to go sit up top with Asher and all them ahahaha, far they were the funniest most distractingest things of all time ever! He was chewing his gum so annoyingly, yew daunt dew dat in church boooy, then they both just looked so bored and faaar it was funny! 

But i was sitting by Aryanna and i love her so dang much! She pulled out her notebook covered with yolo, swag etc. She opened up a page and started writing "i am the pretty, i am swag, i am the best in the world" faaar i was cracking up, and i was tryna listen and be good but far it was just too funny man! The talks were all real good! Far Azrael and Eva were being super cute building houses out of the books, and playing with their Barbies, then when Tumuaki was talking she got of the floor and was like "thats my brother" faaar it was cute. There was an RM from Japan and he was like fully talking Japanese and it was so cool, so i was just like listening normal and like tryna foccuss but olea was craaaacking up at my "listening face" ahahahahaha. Then the best part of the whole time faaaar, all the missionaries got up and said where they were from and a scripture. Aryanna was like "I don't even know where most these places are" and so i was like "O2L live in California" and then literally the funniest thing of all time, she did this full on rocking movement and waved her face and was like "omg kian, omg sam" that makes it sound so dumb but it was honestly the funniest thaaang ever!!

So then after we said hi to everyone, Lisi and Kereru said I smelt nice and it honestly made my whole year ahahahahaha but honest! And we were just talking and then i went to find my two and they were saying hi to asher and so i jumped in line to say hi, I'm the awkwardest hum alive coz he went for a handshake and i like moved his hand away and gave him a hug, like why am i so ugly, oh thats right coz i have sweaty hands. Then after that we were just waiting round on the couch, cracking up and being loud as usual, she did this hansim as John Cena you can't see me thing and we were cracking up hahahahahaha. Marlin came and talked to Olea and he shook my hand, when he walked away i was like dangit sweaty hands and just faaaar i hate handshakes!! 

Far we're so ugly coz when we jumped in the car we all sat like behind each other in the different rows ahahahahahaha. Then Matua made us get out the car and walk down the drive way but then drove down anyways hahahaha. We got inside and straight away started making the butter chicken. "Olea cut the onions" I made the rice and did it all wrong as usual ahahaha. Then after that we started making our cheesecake and hurutea was scraping metal together which is my least favourite thing in all the world. So then Olea was mocking all my actions *covering my ears, you can't see me, and then punching* Our cheesecake was legit so good, we had it for breakfast the next day but straight up wiiiife us man! Olea was lying on the couch and was like "i feel like a snail" and i took a photo then she was annoying me so much like did you put that anywhere, who's seen it? so then i sent it to the boys and one of them was like "she doesn't look like a snail" ahahahahah far it was so funny coz then she had her little snail eyes and was like "when he touches me i'll just go kkkkkkkk" far it was so funny man!! Olea was stalking her own page hahahha. We set up our beds and watched Serendipity. Fun fun fun day with all ma fraaainds.

Airport dates.

So the other day, ages ago, i decided the cutest idea for a date. Like not even just a first date but even with my husband when i'm older ahaha and literally all it is, is hanging out at the airport. Airports are one of my favourite places in the world, even our crut little one in town and like it would just be fun. Have our hot chocolates and just sit there, watch the planes leave and just talk. Ahahahah that's literally it. I told Olea and she was like yeah well how's he sposed to know to do that and i told her she had to tell him ahahahaha but there it's on here now and I know all da boys love me and stalk me nahahaha. Bye.

Moving houses.

One thing I've always strongly disliked is moving houses. I don't like that I can just pack up all my things into a few card board boxes, take them to a totally different new place, set everything all up and be expected to call it home. That actually sounds really stupid to be like crying about it because its literally not even a big deal. But I'm trying to change my mindset about moving so thats good.

I was born in England, lived there for 11 months and then came to this beautiful country ole ahahaha but then we moved into the oldest, hansimest, coldest, most perfect house ever. I loved that house so much, but mainly just because it was my childhood house and so it has so many good memories attached to it. It was honestly the grodiest house ever, but we had the best time because of it, whenever it rained we had to put pots on the floor to catch all the drops leaking through the roof, we had like no heating at all ahahah so we'd wear our beanies and jackest and mittens to breakfast, it was always messy but like a nice organized messy, we had a piano when literally no-one in my family knows how to play, we had THE best slide and swingset which our grandad made for us but it was so dangerous and had sharp edges and places where we always got our arms and legs stuck, we had these two big trees with this table hanging in between them and we never ever used it as a table so me and Ton would just swing on them and the edge hit the tree and so we got in trouble hahaha, it was on a farm so we got to just go whereever we wanted, and we had animals. It was just so fun, and yeah i was a little kid and had the biggest imagination and like it's just different to now and no way would I wanna live there now but for that time and moment in my life ole ahahah but that house was one of the best things about my childhood.

So then there was another baby on the way so dad decided we needed to build the biggest house in all of Te Karaka hahahaha and it was so flash and we weren't allowed to mess it up, it sorta felt ike we were living in a museum, but that was still cool coz it was so big so we could have heaps as friends over all the time. It was literally across the field from our other house so we still basically lived in the same place just a nicer house. I don't really even remember it that much but i know that it was still fun even though it was super fancy. So then then we could afford the house kinda thing so we sold to my mums sister and yeah moved to toooown!

At the need of year nine we moved to Wainui, i remember the first night there i slept with like at least five mattresses on my bed, i dunno why i just did, and i cried myself to sleep coz i was a teets little sooky lala. We literally lived there for one summer, like 3 or 4 months, my brothers nearly drowned, i got stung by a jellyfish, horses ams into our back yard, we grew strawberries, painted the tree house which was actually like a big dog kennel, we swam and walked on the beach nearly everyday, i changed rooms twice, my room was yellow which i actually loved so much, we caught the bus with the campion people and there was this girl with the softest looking hair ever, like she would push it back and it would just fall right back to where it was, our across the road neighbours would always come over and stay till late as, the shop there had the nicest chicken chips eeevaaa, we had a garage sale and um yeah then the land lord was like nah can yous leave imma sell dis howse, and then no-one wanted to even buy it.

So now the house we live in now, super damp and cold, easily stained carpet, its like old as but doesn't seem old, smallest bathroom ever, creatures in the ceiling ahahah, it has a round about, has the nicest grass, about a gazillion feijoa trees, its in a pretty alright place like not too too far away from everything, super dangerous main road that we have to cross in the morning, um what else, everyone comes over, like everyone can just stay when they have no place to stay and all that, it's a nice place its just damp ahahah like thats so ugly but it is, our landlord has honestly the flashest house ever just up the drive um yeah theres not really much to say about it hahahaha.

But once again there is no reason to this post except for i just wanted to remind myself of what one of my friends sid about moving houses being a new adventure. And I'm obviously gonna move house again sooner or later so i should just get over my negative view on it and just have fun enjoying the adventure at hand :D that's it

Enchilada's.

Another recipe post because I'm the best chef there ever was ever, that was a joke for all of you who didn't get it! But the other day mum asked all us kids if we could cook 10 meals and i was like yeah probably I'm pretty sure i could! It was coz of some thing she heard or read about like uni students not knowing what to eat and all that but yeah man i can cook for daaaays! I've cooked this twice and everyone in the fam seems to like it and i always have to go find the recipe but It's gonna be right here from now on, but here is the source from where i gaaaat eet. I also made this for mum on Mothers Day :D wife me raaaight up!

Ingredients:

  

         10 small soft flour tortillas

         3 tablespoons flour

         2 cups chicken broth

         1 cup sour cream

         2 1/2 cups shredded and cooked chicken- I use boiled chicken coz like I like the way how it “shreds”

         3 cups cheese

         3 tablespoons butter

        

Directions:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Combine shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheese

Fill tortillas with the mixture above and roll each one then place in a greased 9×13 pan

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat

Stir flour into butter and whisk for 1 minute over heat.

Add broth and whisk together. Cook over heat until it’s thick and bubbles up

Take off heat and add in sour cream and chilies. (be careful it’s not too hot or the sour cream will curdle)

Pour mixture over enchiladas and add remaining cheese to top.

Bake in oven for 20-23 minutes then you will want to broil for 3 minutes to brown the cheese.

91. Being super freezing cold in the office but watching Ed Sheerans live stream from his concert right here in my home land that we cants go tooooo. Gaah but it was so beautiful and perfect and me and Olea were so happy and just like excitement on Facebook hahahaha

92. Then the next night he was on The Edge, so i watched the hour long thingy majig and he was perfect and beautiful as always! far out i just love him so much!!

93. Stayed at hurters house after we went to the arboretum and we were just being the ugliest humans ever as usual. Oleas amazing as photoshop skills and getting down to the neeetty greettyy. That was the day i lost my iPod. r.i.p

Literally so happy that i finished all 100 days like faaaar out i did it! hahaha! And i wanna do it again but like i'll have a break for a little while hahahha, but i might do it 100 days before i leave, that might be cool so yah!

Matching things are cute.

This is literally from forever ago, like when i still had my iPod ahahahah but I just finished it off now, been sitting here in my drafts for like a month saaaau here it is!

I love cute little matchy things, i think cheesiness is the best thing in the world, just as long as its not executed poorly nahahahahah just as long as its not hansim and tacky, which it sometimes can be.

New credit card, obviously had to buy matching Adventure Time shirts for me and Hep. I bought something for someone else coz it's like good luck or like its nice to like bless the new card by buying something for someone else and not just me.

Then me and Ton being the super cuties that we are have matching frozen iPod screen savers which i actually love so much. And we said who ever changed it first was a bad sister ahahahaha. Don't mind the curtness, we were raised that way ahahahahah.

I love matching things, super cheesy couple shirts and mugs and onesies and just cute as stuff like that! I have my crew neck that says "he said my story was cool and he called me bro" which is super future planning for when i get a boyfriend and he can have one saying "cool story bro" far its gonna be cool. Yay! My extremely talented and super cool best friend took photos of me, Ton and Horu at the arboretum, coz it's autumn and super pretty with all the leaves and such (all my idea tbh) it was a really fun day and I was the best model out of all of us, end of story.

Thanks hurutea for making us feel cool as and now I look like a real professional with flash photos and my slick intro really helps too.
